Low voltage doesn't blow amps. That's a myth. A router that does the sub holes makes rounded edges also?

You're gonna need a 1/4" flute spiral upcut bit and to make some measurements of cutout diameter, basket depth, and basket width. kingsuv
There is a couple different ways you can make flush mount rings. The easiest way with subs id to double stack your wood. Drill out your center point then cut each ring separately to the size you need, then re-stack the 2 sheets. For speakers, it can be a little more tricky. One way is to make the pass the depth of the flush and then cut your outside and inside hole sizes. Or you can use a rabbit bit to make the the step for the speaker I prefer to use a downward sprial cut but for speaker hole because it will throw your cutoff into the box and not back up in your face. I then like to use an up cut bit when the router is in the table to help suck the piece I am cutting to the table. Designing, building, and shipping boxes. Yahoo IM - kingsuv00If the listening level is too loud, please inform the driver, so he can promptly pull over, and let you out. not many cars can get me to pluggin my ears but this one.......damn. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.

bumonskateboard6
Ok cool thAnks guys and if I have the Jasper how should I go about it it's my first time using it do u guys also a good place to purchase mdf wood Check around either Home Depot or Lowes, or look for a lumber yard in the yellow pages sometimes they have much better wood at much better prices. And the Jasper 200 is pretty simple, screw it onto the bottom of your router put a 1/4 inch bit in it, drill a hole at the center of where you want the circle to be and put the pin in the jig at the size you need and then into the hole...then route it out.
