Autruche
A good way to "Eyeball" guess is to multiply the total fuse ratings by 10, in your case 3 x 30 = 90 x 10 = 900 That's what I do. I usually do that then ad like a hundred or so to give it a little credit if it's not a flea market amp. But in truth, if I have to do that and it's not for a four channel, I don't think too highly of that amp. Need Test Tones/Sine Waves? sundownz
The parts should be capable of a bit over 1kw -- I'd say half their 2250 RMS rating would be about right. - Jacob Fuller - Owner, Sundown Audio - Sundown Audio on FACEBOOK - Please DO NOT PM ME -- use my email address -- [email protected]

rusty959
A couple things will be proven if you run that amp at .5 ohms for any amount of time. If it continues working without blowing fuses, you aren't putting out much more than 1k even at .5. If you blow fuses, atleast you know you are putting out a decent amount of power. Put bigger fuses in? You blow your amp. But most likely it will just blow from the .5 in the first place. Playa Named Joe
I think you'd be lucky to see 1k rms out of that. And at .5 ohms, if the amp doesn't smoke out, 1200-1300 rms? 1994 Pontiac Grand Prix build

bigaltexas
got it clamped last night and it was 20amps at 40 something (whatever the other measurement is) and i have 2 of the speakers with 2 voice coils.. 4 voice coils.. x 800. = 3200. and the dude who clamped it aint stupid.. but he did say it could be because my wire is like 14 gauge.. idk though. i was happy with that measurement.. even if it was inaccurate! haha.. but still. and the dudes on this forum and knows his stuff.
