Don't make him any jumpier by creating questions about what you are doing with your hands. You don't have to hold them straight up in the air but keep them at least chest high, palms open, and out in front of you so that the robber has an opportunity to see that you are not doing anything or holding anything that can harm him.how can i comply with rule #1 if i comply with rule #7?

not my gun but same kind, its simi automatic, and laws here say that i can carry a gun and it loaded but if i get pulled over i have to put it on dash or in seat where cop can see it and tell him that there is weapon present, or some shit like that, this makes it sound alot like i was thinking about shooting him but not lol

i know many people that have the conceal and carry license and have not had any trouble with it

by trigger happy i mean that if someone comes around and tryes to mess with shit or get into the house or my cars i'll first ask them wtf there doing here and then ask them to leave, if they do not comply i will motivate them a lil bit

Do yourself a favor and get rid of the POS Hi-Point ASAP. That is probly the most failure prone hand gun in the world.

Maybe not the best pistol out there, but for the money you cant beat them. They get a bad wrap because they are cheap. They still work just fine though, never had a problem with any of them that I have owned or shot.

There is no difference between the guy who carries everyday and the guy who buys a pistol, sticks it in his nightstand and only pulls it out the one time in his life that somebody breaks into his house. They both expect the gun to fire when they pull the trigger. For a little more money you can get a lot more pistol.

Check your state laws, I know you cant conceal hear but you can roll around with a gun under your seat if the clip is in another compartment like a glove box, center console or trunk.

The only question left then is how fastly can you grab that clip and slide her in?

Maybe you could do fire drills or something lols

What is the point of this unless you get pulled over and the cops search your truck. If you have to use your gun who the hell is gonna know if your mag wasnt loaded in your gun.

If I have to reach in my pocket for something 1 gun will come out first and my main carry sit right above my wallet so hmm what would I reach for first????

I know where you are coming from as i keep my pistol in the small of my back so thats coming out 1st but not everyone keeps their firearms behind them
