was jc because i was in the exact situation in your first post. but the kid wasnt mine. she just ran around callin me n words and a dead beat and that she was so virtuous blah blah blah. and come to find out shed fucked at least 4 guys AROUND the day she slept with me. funny thing is she had the kid exactly 9 months after we did the deed lol.

You are a lucky guy that it didnt turn out to be yours in that case i guess... I know I love my Daughter and the other 2 that look up to me as daddy and wouldnt trade them for anything... Yes they drive me FN nuts sometimes but hey thats what kids do RIGHT doesnt change the face i love them

i dont think they can put som one in jail for a year and not be 100% sure the kid is his. cuz stuff happens and it could possible have not been his. so for a judge or court to sentence someone jail time it has be be for sure.

i disagree with this, now hes going to have restitution im guessing and HAVE TO pay. if he cant pay for child support how the hell is he going to pay restitution?. instead of getting him locked up why didnt you hook him up with a DNA test?. this is like u robbing a bank and me going to jail for it....i just don't see how this was your problem, we all have families and we all have our problems.

I Don't get how taking away someones licenses,them losing their job and them going to jail will help them pay child support. It makes no sense and is fucked up.

and to Mpete he didnt say he got him put in jail for child support in his first post. just that hed made calls and got him sent there. i overlooked the post where he actually said it was for CS though lol
