Ewilk
Hey guys. Im looking into getting two new 12s and i was wondering what some more knowledgable and experienced people would reccomend. Im trying to get the most bang for my buck. Looking for subs anywhere between 300-500 per when purchased new (basically just looking for the best possible quality). Theyll be pushed by a JBL GTO 1400.1. Looking for info on the best subs for the price, a good place to purchase/order them online, and info on a box for the pair. I really appreciate any help i can get... Im not worried... SMD always provides the best
Alex K
Id check out dc. Check out the lvl 3's, or some sundowns. They cost a little more than your kickers/alpine but in the end it's totally worth it. Quote 2006 Nissan Z Track. Ford302Redneck
Fi SSD's could fit in that budget.
Sanitarium
My advice wouldn't be on the subs but for you to hang out on the forums some more and read through some build logs. Good subs in that price range would LAUGH... HARD at that kinda power.
hdorre
Check about Obsidian Audio subs. Last time I checked, they were on pre-order for ~$180 each. Good subs in that price range would LAUGH... HARD at that kinda power. Agreed. Save some money and go with some Sundown Audio SA-12s. They would do very well on that kind of power and sound clean and get loud if you put them in the right box. Dc Audio Lvl 3's are also in that power range as well.
