thesilve15 Posted January 18, 2011 Report Posted January 18, 2011 i have a 2007 kx250f and about to weekends ago i took a break from audio and went out riding at praire for a bit, it was muddy as hell but my bike hasnt been ran in awhile so it was much needed. trying to get it started was really hard and i had to result to starter fluid, once i got it running it smoked blueish smoke for awhile until i got it warmed up and then it wasnt so bad. however once i started riding..it felt like there was nothing there . i would give it gas and it felt like i had the speed of 1st gear when i was in 3rd. does anyone know why this is happening? i made some clutch cable adjustments but i dont think that would be it? i really dont want to spend the money to take it in so any help would be great. thanks guys

If he thinks his does a 167, mine would probably put him in a coma. :hairtrick:
chewie Posted January 18, 2011 Report Posted January 18, 2011 since its a four stroke it could have a stuck ring put some marvels mystery oil in the oil..add half a quart on top of the reccomended amount.. and then put the other half quart of the marvels in the gas tank mixed with a half tank of gas and go ream on it for awhile.. load it..
