Berto Posted January 22, 2011 Report Posted January 22, 2011 all I saw was it sounds like crap. Have you ever fired forward? and not sealed off then sealed it off to see the difference? No but a buddy of mine has a wall that's not completely sealed off and he's still doing over 150 and another friend of mine had his subs firing forward nit sealed from the trunk and after he sealed it he gained a DB or 2. But both set ups worked fine not sealed off. TEAM FLEX ISSUES Car: 1985 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royal 24" Rims HU: 7" Carputer, Planet Audio EQ, iPhone. 94retta(219) Posted January 22, 2011 Report Posted January 22, 2011 Well i was right soo yea listen to me. Sence you were saying it as a smartass. Make a box thats fireing back and sealed off and let me know how that works. I think the box is to big for it to face back... Not much air will get around it turn it around face the tail lights and shut the trunk. it could be a phase issue ok. listen to this guy. BUILD LOG
Swaggasaur Posted January 22, 2011 Author Report Posted January 22, 2011 i know this isnt the problem to why it wasnt hitting hard i just had a question, why in your blue prints you had both of the vertical support beams behind the horizontal ones but then when u actually made your box you had one in front and one behind? to me it would make more sense to have both sides identical, (let me remind you guys im also a noob) just a question though Haha it was just a mess up But it doesn't effect anything BHE Wall Build TEAM DC Audio TEAM XS POWER1986 Monte Carlo KMC Nova's 20"4 DC XL's W/ PSI Recones2 DC 5k'sPioneer PRS 8010 Audio Technix 6 XS Power D3100's 1 XS Power D3400 Mechman 220a Alternator
