Do family members get to take posession or how does that work? Whoever you put on the trust is basically a Co-owner with you, So if you were to do there would just be one less person on the trust. It's Smart to have if you're gonna do nfa stuff because if it's just in your name and you were to die your wife is now illegally in possession of nfa items since they are in your home. Be careful who you put on your trust because they could just walk away with your stuff and do what they want with it and you couldn't stop them. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.
