Arranged to exchange my FMK Patriot lower receivers for FMK Extreme lower receivers after a failure of one of my ar15s. Luckily no one was hurt, they noticed it failing and stopped firing before a complete breakage happened which would have allowed the bolt to shoot back unimpeded.
