Has anyone else seen this nonsense?! I mean I get what they are saying on some points, but once we buy our vehicle it is our vehicle to do with it as we please.

If they made it so new cars couldn't legally be modified they would screw themselves because no one would buy them.

Part of our love affair with cars is tinkering with them.

That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.

I can see some of their point with the people being able to modify crucial safety systems but they could just develop some way of making those systems inaccessible to modders.
