I don't understand why he wasn't told of this a long time ago about the shipping issue.When you found out that you couldn't ship them you should have let him know and refunded his money then.Plus why would you spend the money before you even shipped the batteries?That thing said he sent payment June 2, that's 5 months ago.Don't know how old you are or what type of job you have but $400 is not much to come up with in that time frame.Me personally I would have filed a dispute with PayPal after the first month and no updated info.People like you are the main reason everybody tries to avoid buying online from other people.I have no pity for you because everything about this transaction on your end was wrong.Don't even know why your still allowed to post on this site.
