Thanks Steve! Hope the operation went well! I was a little high. I expected the first two numbers to be a tad higher, maybe not rated but higher. Oh-well. For daily ground pounders this is a cost efficient amp that will be just fine IMO with good electrical.

I understand what you want to do to man, wasn't coming down on you like maybe it appeared. Makes sense what your reasoning was but it just doesn't work that way with the equipment. Oh well, now you know. find distortion level with HU and then move on to amp like you did previously and you are done, easy mode. =)

Also, you can detect the HU for distortion by itself or through the amp same as like the amp.

but even in the instructions it says that you set amp gain after you know your HU level for distortion. and it says that in the setting the sub amp directions.

damn man, that scares me, i'm at the 8k range (at the most) but want to add to it and I only got 2 D3100's in back. i do have 2 XS power batts under hood but I want to add most to my current setup (amps & speakers) of course i got no probs having to add more batts but with my set up i have NO MORE ROOM for the batteries i want to add. oh-well I'll have to check out your log for which alt you run and your whole setup and see how/why you drop so low EDIT: oh damn so THAT'S your vehicle, yea, I've watched your vids. before, seen ya around these forums as well, I like your setup, haha

What makes the "intellicharger" different than the rest? I couldn't find info on the XS power website. I am interested in getting a XS power chargers since I run so many expensive XS power batteries and I plan on running more I feel like the appropriate charger would be an investment of sorts. Right now I just have a *Battery Tender Jr.* on them but it is like......not enough, LMAO Just wondering what makes Intellichargers Intelligent or what do they do etc.? You said they are more than just a floater charger....... Maybe there is threads clearing this up on here but I figured THIS is the appropriate thread to at least ask. Thanks
