Clean the oil yourself.

They wont pressure wash or do a whole bunch of clean up.. they usually will clean the parts they take off and have to put back on. (also seen shops not take the time to do that) If you want it pressure washed you must ask for that and they will charge you maybe half an hour labor or something. Maybe they will do that for free. If you are spending $1000 at my shop I wouldnt charge you for that

Skulls.... Timing belt is a bit of a tricky job. Its not something you want a noob or try to watch a vid on, its a bit risky. If you are off a tooth on some could cause some major issues that cost big $$$ to repair if you bend a valve on some motors if they are interference motors.
