The alternator (s) is the "heart" of your system. In my opinion you start there and build back to the amps and woofers. You can only run what your electrical will allow.

I went and talked to the best audio shop in my area today about if they were interested. He actually told me no because of the price of your equipment. He explained how most people come in and wan to spend as little as posiible. I tired to tell him about the different levels but I don't think he was catching my drift. Anyways I'm hoping to get 2 level 2 12s soon to put in my truck so whenever I get that done (hopefully really soon) I'm gonna go show him what DC entry level is about lol. The level 2s are cheaper than half the kicker and rockford and memphis he carries.

The 1500 is 800 watts at 2 ohm and 1500 at 1 ohm Cant find specs on 1000 but it would be about 5-600 at 2 ohm and 1000 at 1 ohm. Either one would power what you have and also run the 2 10s or 2 8s in the future. All subs in question are 600 watt rms correct?
