  1. Nice work man, did that seude have any stretch to it? I have bought some in the past hat has and some that hasnt, i like the kind with a little stretch better...
  2. I know alot of the "Duals" do but they are not as high quality as some of your other head units... I have noticed the smae thing though, I love having an actual knob and it seems like every unit has buttons you have to push over and over...
  3. I had this problem before and picked up a kit from wall mart that includes adhesive and has yet to break on me

  9. this is why some use a rabbiting router bit on the edges of pieces, it allows you to still tuck in the seam whether it be suede or carpet

  11. I have done it with vinyl, it has to be the good 3m stuff and just really push down on it to get good adhesion, go slow with the bit, give it a try on some scrap you have around...
  12. Secret hint: Painters tape on it! Just cover it with some 2" tape and then presto itll drill nicely, then remove tape

Good start, you will save yourself so much time in sanding with two things First limit the wrinkles to none, this allows you to use very little body filler, second dont be bondo, get some evercoat rage extreme or rage gold, it is a little more expensive than bondo but it will cut your sanding time in half, it sands like freaking butter, real nice stuff...
