lol you have some reading to do. your sub isnt going to rip cause of distortion lol. even after you use the smd tool you still have to worry about some stuff. you can blow your subs from over powering them. you can blow them from playing well below box tuning and heating up the coils bad. you can still blow them. this tool just gives you a nice clean signal so you have little to no clipping. also after you could still have clipping if somebody makes a really bad bass song or chopped and screwed song if it is clipped to shit Not being a di*k but yea it blew cause they tune my amp wrong.. Cause my sub lvl on hu was +15 and gain half up and boast was 25%up and LPf 45hz( should be 30hz cause box is 32hz) and the shop said turn ur volume up to 30 volume. And soon as I turn it on a song it knock hard but didn't hit no lows, I knew something was wrong, well got home put it on psyph Morrison and put volume to 25 and it hit hard for a min. And I pop the trunk and 1 of my subs rip. I hade it for like hour, then I seen my amp Settings and it was all messed up bad. They said they time by ear and didn't hear no distortions..but he felt bad and gonna trade me a av8022 eclipse hu for my cda 105 alpine hu. And he gonna put it in for free cause he knew his partner tune it wrong..so now I'm selling my 10s xl for cheap...so Im buy it soon as it comes out..and buy a bigger sub. So I kno it will handle the power I assume you mean boost not boast and those settings sound fine to me aside from the boost being up at all.

cyber power is close to build it yourself prices. Had a friend use them and they gave him great support and when he wasn't happy with the graphics card he payed a little bit of money and they gave him a GTX295. So for $100 he went from a 260 to a 295 which was when they were still $500 and the 260 was... $250?

The more you spend, the better performance. Honestly you are paying more for the brand name. Go to cyberpowerpc and build the same computer you want from alienware, you should save some money.

With my 18 apparently I knocked a fan off the ceiling at the bar I go to ever week. I was driving away to the gas station across the parking lot and I got a phone call from a waitress there saying I had knocked the fan down O.O Also at home depot I knocked a bunch of their lights down from the ceiling.

2-audioque 3500s or 1-audioque 20,000
BulletInjection replied to edog's topic in DC Sound Lab - Big Bass on ANOTHER LEVEL!
But how would you wire that? I guess you could wire 2 subs to 1 amp, and give each additional sub its own amp..but that wouldn't be the preferred way if the subs are sharing an enclosure. Come on man i know you know the answer to this... haha.... Maxx Link or something similar. wuh? -

You should always charge them up every once and a while. Try to get it up around 13v -

BulletInjection replied to Pittcrew's topic in Subwoofers / Enclosures
oh god not this again. MYTH MYTH MYTH MYTH MYTH MYTH Bigger woofers are not strictly for lower frequencies... It will play around what ever frequency you tune the box to. It will not play any lower than a 10" or 8" would -

Don't get what you mean. Subwoofers are only meant to play lows -

Yeah I am not bothered unless in a quiet room. I have good news for you guys, there is a new medicine out that is supposed to help with the ringing. I saw it on TV yesterday for the first time. It may not be new but if you guys care to look, it is out there. EDIT: Here it is http://www.quietrelief.com/ -

continuous ringing
BulletInjection replied to fmedina's topic in Off Topic - Random, Misc posts - the forum "Junk Drawer"
Mine is hereditary, I have had it since I was maybe 8. It is like something from a movie where all sounds decrease then sudden silence and then boom I get loud ringing. I still hear it all the time but I do get those ringing episodes.
