  1. I hope whomever wins does a review! I have been pimping Second Skin all over the Army lately and hopefully will be helping some guys on some installs soon! Install reviews help me with my crusade!lol
  2. that Damp pro could have gone further. Second Skin only recommends like 25% coverage. But it's good to see that someone used their giv-a-way pack!
  3. I would love some help here. That am talk radio is getting old!lol
  4. where do you think those batts are grounded? no shit.lol
  5. like everyone said, sand to bare metal. How big of a repair are you talking about? Filler is meant for SMALL dent repair bro. And Evercoat is the SHIT! Bondo is a pain in the ass to sand and cracks etc...
  6. No sweat brother! I was going to get on it today but had some issues with the car. I might have it back in a few days so it looks like next weekend! I will never buy a different brand of deadener. Period...
  7. I have never been treated this good either. Made in America, great product and GREAT costumer service!!
  8. I have used Excessive Amperage for years and Nathan NEVER let me down. Got one in my 51 right now, been in the car for a few years. I would never fuck with a brand that has no proof that they can produce an alt that comes somewhere near the "stated" output.
  9. I looked at the pinned topic and it looks like more of the same. The car has the factory amp. How do I bypass that?
  10. I have a 91 3Kgt VR4 that has the factory Cassette/CD player in it (no shit, couldn't believe it myself) and it is fooqed up. My buddy gave me a pioneer DEH-P6600 for it so I ordered the mounting kit and harness adapters. I took the time to cut the old adapter off (came from a different car) and solder/heat shrink the new one to the radio's wires and went to drop it into the car. Taking out the old stuff was a breeze and I figured the install would be the same. I was fucking wrong! Son of a bish harness adapter I got from the webs was wrong. There are three plugs on the back of the stock unit (well 4 if you count the data wire for the wheel controls). The only adapter kits I can find have two plugs. Does anyone know what the deal is? I looked around some 3kgt forums and most people are a bit dim when it comes to this. I have done countless installs like this but I am stumped! Any help would be awesome!
  11. my 91 (194k miles) recently snapped a timing belt. May want to look into that!
  12. the third box threw me off! I had to look at the order form to be sure I didn't order three!lol Big ass box for a roller! I will detail the install and when the subs come in I will review. I really can't wait to tear the car apart to stick this stuff to it!! Thanks again Jon and crew! Always a class act!
  13. I would look for Mustang forums and dig around. My car (91 3k gt vr4) is twin turbo'd and I wouldn't have it any other way!! I was a supercharger guy till I got this car and now I say fuck the fat crank pulley!!
  14. I'll take pics when I get to deadening! We have all seen pics of boxes.lol Now for the sa v2 8's to ship!!!
  15. Yes each box should contain 18 sheets. 'cause it is a shit load!lol I thought maybe you made a mistake. I can't wait to put it in the car! Hope it don't rain this weekend...
  16. got my two packs today! Gonna be a pain to wait till the weekend to get it in the car! Each box has 18 sheets, is that right?
  17. we use these at work. I want to pimp one just like this on my next deployment!
