    i ran 2500w rms amp (HCCA D5000) on a stock 70amp alt... with 2 d3100s... but the gain was wayyyyy down... so realisticlly i was probly bumping around 1k to 1500w rms... ..i tired to push it past 2k... and i clipped my sub to death lol... voltage drop to 10.2v lol... id say get a 1500w amp... like a Sundown or whatever... jus becareful with the gain... edit: dont forget to get some batteries...

    out of the list... i say sundown... but if im not mistaken... jacob is sold out of the 4500... your going to have to run 16v to run the Soundstream XXX-6500D to get full power out of the amp... http://www.soundstream.com/AudioProducts/Amplifiers/xxx.htm but ive heard good things about Memphis amps... ever considered powerbass? link

    1500 Watts? you should be fine with the 260 amp alt and a kenetik 2000 and 1 run of zero... make sure you do the big 3 in 0ga.

    someone correct me if im wrong... 14.4 Volts at 3000watts RMS = 208.33 amps... if you have a 4ch amp at 100 watts per channel.. 14.4v @ 400 watts = 27.77 amps... your total amp draw would be 236.1 amps... you should be fine...

    in the long run i think the lvl 5 will do you good... if you deiced to get more power, you dont have to worry about your sub not able to handle it... im using the lvl 5 for daily... equipment in my sig.... and i bearly get it past 2000watts... with a tiny truck cabin, i personally find it unconfortable to drive in... maybe a differnt story in a trunk setup... but yes... consider the other aspects of your setup...more batts.. bigger amp..

    hmmm thats your call... lol... was it at least under some shade? if so i would say go for it... but at 18$ a sheet you could jus buy a new one... If that was me and it was here... i would use it... cuz its $63.25 for MDF here...
