  2. nice video. i like those guys. they do do nice work. i am a fan of spades myself. works with out but is cleaner looking in the long run. i don't think they're on apline's dick. however that one customer was. i also like how they bashed the sony HU's. sony sucks! NEUMAN
  3. i run a small audio business out of my house. i'm the only shop in town with an o-scope. you wouldn't believe some of the shit i see come in to get tuned. the ear's of the local "professional" shops are ridiculousness. i charge $20 for the first amp and 5 for each additional amp if i'm not installing the equipment. if i install the equipment you get it with your install. no need to charge for it if i'm already there. an you can't believe the reactions people give. "oh its not as loud as it used to be" well yeah its also not clipping to hell and it sounds much smoother to full volume not just 15 because that was all the human ear could handle. NEUMAN
  4. local shop here ear-scoped a guys amp he showed me the settings. phase at 90 degree's.....hmmm? maybe that is for better midbass? LOL NEUMAN
  5. ever tried to spool a small turbo on a large motor. its kind of the same theory. to much effort for what is designed for. NEUMAN
  6. dd-1 hv is for amps or strapped combo's putting out more then 15k. that has nothing to do with voltage it runs on. dude is a knob. amps aren't broken by testing equipment. there is no load on the amp. NEUMAN
  7. i have had to fix a few cars head units with hacked stock wiring. thank God for the internet! to bad the internet doesn't have small hands and a wire crimper also! NEUMAN
  8. ^what that guy said! that thing is called an add-a-fuse. the bottom slot you put your factory fuse in. the top one you install the one for your needed add on. these are good to i think 20 amps. don't know why it shows a 30 amp fuse. LOL i have used them in some older cars that didn't come with stereo's or any kind of harness'. NEUMAN
  9. oh. well thats a good point! is anything else not working or just the deck? if its just the deck tell him to find a good switched power and get one of these. NEUMAN
  10. screw terminals! make studs or use a bolt when possible. NEUMAN
  11. grounding is always first. right after...........wait for it.......you ran the rca's down the non loomed side of the car and or the opposing side as teh power wire right? NEUMAN
  12. seriously it not a 5 or 6 channel. i wish my post count was as big as his so i could be cool and stupid. NEUMAN
  13. Sound´s surly . To the OP, you know Google? Here the manual of the amp http://www.manualowl...0/Manual/249216 why would you say i speak bs? because look at page 7 detail #6. go eat more brats and crout. your little link just further more proved me right. NEUMAN
  14. 3 rca's = front, rear, and pass threw. that amp is about 10 years old if memory serves me correctly. that however doesn't make it bad. just simple. NEUMAN
  15. throw it in the garbage and realize helping the kid was a waste of money. otherwise just hook it up to power and use it. when they are new the come with little resistors but they seem to always pop when i used them. but then again i have not used a cap in 12 years. good batteries are a better investment. NEUMAN
  16. straight up use the girls bathroom at my office. its a single toilet and the door to the bathroom locks. grenade that action and roll out. shameless! NEUMAN
