    I think it's a huge load of port noise, does the sound get's quieter if you turn it down at like volume 10?

    Must be a huge debt... But one battery will not help a lot, a cap just makes everything worse. You would need a second (high output) alternator, and the big 3 done and a few runs of 0guage wire to let the amp perform at its best. If you don't uprade/add a alternator the amp will blow because of too low voltage. I would set the gains at 0 en Bass boost off. EDIT: Peak current draw of this amp is around 430amps.

    Wouldn't it be better to also add how much port area the maximum is for those power ratings and box sizes? Because i will probably have more cone control if it has a small port vs a huge port.

    Why not 4 18's to start out with and 2 SAZ4500(orSAZ3500) and 2 alternators and make sure you're fine with the electrical, before adding extra amps. You should also need money to buy mids and highs and amps to power them. I think with the amount of things you want (6 18 inch BTL'S and 3SAZ3500's), you're not going to be able to pay it with 10k $. 4 18's and 9000+ watts will be more then enough to shake some blocks.( if you build a good box for them)

    If you have 3.5cu ft, then don't forget port and subwoofer displacement.(0.26cu ft for the Fi BTL is think)

    Lol, even with a 500W amp you should get 500W out of you're "600W" amp. This guy only uses around 200W with a 10 inch sub.(btw, this guy is me ) What you mean with papercone? is it a PA sub?

    It really doesn't sounds like 500W, especially not if you're using a 18 inch sub. I think you need a better box.

    why not face it to the other side? I think it would be louder, because there isn't a lot of room to let the sound pass around the box. Nice build and i love that sub, it's so beefy.

    DOn't know if they sell them in the US. But the aprilia RS250 or a Yamaha tzr250 (or even the 125cc versions, they are 2stroke, so even the 125cc version get's to 60mph in about4.5-5seconds) is a really nice beginner bike, not too heavy, rides easy, looks nice, also doesn't needs to be upgraded after a year or 2.

    Not bad... But where are the vids? 12 12's and only 1 bullet tweeter and 10 inch mid per door. But it's probably not a daily driver.

    If u really want to break a sub in, then you need to free air it for quite long time in free air around it's Fs. It will get a bit louder, but the Fs will go down, so sometimes it plays lower.
