  3. If you have already sent Jacob an email regarding the items you are looking for, i suggest you wait for a reply rather than making a thread in reference to it. Jacob isnt going to come out on the forum and tell you anything other than what advertised prices are. Wait it out like everyone does if he is willing to do anything for you please. He will get back to you..

  7. Bottomed it out freeair? There goes the theory on all Sundown Subs being mechanically limited so that that is impossible. Bring on the revisions lol
  8. Now here's the new version of this thread. "How to find a troll on SMD" Enforce a rule and actually post them it in the violators post then wait for the first idiot to come along and make a report on posting the rules... That my friends is a Troll
  9. Dmm on the + and - speaker wires set to a/c voltage, amp clamp around the + wires set to a/c amperage. multiply your numbers and there ya go Amperage a/c x Voltage A/C = A/c Wattage. or as the slogan says, A ac x V Ac= MWSPL. those of us that compete in midwest spl are kind of used to this shit. The majority of the classes are based on woofer size and wattage limitations per class.
  10. Ummm, an amps output terminals put out A/C voltage, Not Dc...
  11. If you tried to set it for 1200 watts, its safe to say you are clipping the sub. From my own prior experience (and yes i have a damn o-scope) you will start to see a dirty pattern around 1050 watts depending on your input signal and voltage drop. If you have no idea where your head unit starts to throw out a clipped signal, if it does, then you could be clipping a lot worse than you think. Find someone with an o-scope, set it up correctly, and save your equipment and your wallet some money. You will thank yourself later...
  12. not exactly a pg avitar there bro, good shit though lol

  19. Chapo, hit alt + f4. Don't come back on here after you have done that until you have applied some damn common sense and actually try and learn something by reading rather than just asking 1500 dumb ass pointless questions in a months time like you have been doing as of lately.

  24. recones and reset your gains to get rid of the clipping
  25. Might i ask why in the hell you were messing with the door panel with the system on to start with? A little electrical common sense applied would have told you there could be an issue doing that. Oh well, Live and learn as has already been said.
