Yep^^^ If its an expensive item I package it securely how I want it too and then hand them the box and make them "package" the item so its covered lol. You could give UPS a subwoofer and they would just throw some packing peanuts in there and its "good packing" for them but you use foam pieces, wood crates and cardboard to stop the item from moving and its considered bad packing

It's when the drivers side is hooked up its when i have the issue. i moved the ballast and it still had the issue. I just unhooked my amp and I'll just listen to the rears for now.

I paid for the HID Harness so I want to say yes. There's wires from the bulbs to the ballast and then theres wires from the stock kit to a plug that is connected to the wires that connects to the batteries.

if I manually turn them on the amp goes into protect either in ACC or with the engine on

I just put my HIDs in today and I noticed when I turn them on it put my amp into protect. The ballast for the drivers side is located by the power wire under the hood. Could this be the issue? i don't really have any where else to mount that ballast since my battery is a tight fit as it is. The ballast is also located by the fuse box for the car if that makes a difference
