I'm going off what I've been learning stalking the interwebs the past few years, and the specs of the subwoofers. From what I've heard, and what the specs look like, the SP4's and SMD's should be awesome musical ground pounder subs. I hear that the N3 is more of an SPL woofer. Since you seem to care more about music than numbers, for something that price, I'd get an Ascendant SMD. Both woofers will laugh at the RF2500 Though. If you wanted to save some money the Ascendant Mayhem and Fi SP4 will still laugh at that power, sound awesome, and get just as loud on the same power. I don't see a problem with that?

I hop this helps: Going by his budget and application, I think the SSD's with the High QTS Option will be his best bet, in a sealed enclosure. If it was ported, I'd think that they'd be on a much more level playing field though!

Get the D1's, wire all four voice coils of Two of them in Series, and then wire the 4 sets of two in parallel for a final ohm of 1 Ohm per amp.

Fi SSD's with the High QTS package, slightly above your budget, but worth it! Why do you want D4 btw? Do you want a final load of 1 ohm for two of them? You can get a final load of 1 ohm by wiring the Dual 1Ohm voice coils of each sub in series, than the two subs wired in parallel to the amp.

If you want sealed, I think you'd like these: TC Sounds EPIC 10" Depends on your power though, I'd recommend not powering them much higher than their RMS

If you're doing IB make sure your baffle is rock solid, the rear deck is sealed 110%, and you sound deadening the whole car, especially the trunk.
