  1. is it worth low balling on an alternator to have it fail on you and possibly get stranded somewhere and have to pay to get it towed, and then turn around and buy a reputable alternator in the end? just pointing out a perspective
  2. they don't operate the same as a ported box. look at 6th order boxes. they have two types of tuning frequencies
  3. this thread used to be kickin somethin fierce...now it's just a softie. damn... well bitches...i'm bumpin this shit as often as i can yadda yadda jabba jabba...damn i'm tired goodnight
  4. never been repainted but some of the items like the roll pan and deck lids were painted to match....i hope someday to jump back on this thing and bring it back up to par, including a new candy paintjob. Thats all up to him though. for some reason, it took a year to dawn on me that it was 3 piece wheel. I mean i knew it was but duhhhh, i forgot you can take the center out and replace the "hoops". So as long as the center isnt damaged, you will always have your wheels, regardless if the brand is still in business or it was discontinued. I will lose my $10,000 coffee table in my lobby, but i would rather him have his wheels back. This whole thing was all me, he didnt give a shit if they ever came back, but I DO. you are a loyal and faithful person. THAT is a person who i admire and respect the most. I actually never knew that a taco job that bad can be repairable(if the center wasnt touched). i thought if a rim is bent, its done for. another thing i learn on SMD. lol also keep in mind that those are pieced wheels, not solid wheels. still nice regardless. especially since these are discontinued
  5. oh my...ouch lol

i'll drink beer if it's there. not my favorite tho. mixed drinks, vodka, or 4 lokos (hell yeah). gotta find me some of the old recipe versions tho
  7. i noticed you mentioned that a couple times, but...larger volume does not always mean better.
  8. read above ^^ glad i'm not the only one who noticed lol
  9. dude...just stop posting
  10. sorry...stopped the song soon as i heard him started talking. it's straight horrid
  11. for sure! that'd be sweet. i'll check the schedule and see where all exactly i'm going
  12. rofl that girl is gorgeous wow. i'm going to costa rica at the end of may for 9 days. i hope that's a hint of what i can expect Really???? damn!!! what are you doing over there? i can give you the contact of a couple of pals, they can take you out over there hehe going on a class trip. we're going from city to city for the whole 9 days. staying in each town for i think about 2 days. i forget the exact cities we're going to but we're landing and leaving in san jose which i hear has the most bar/club type places. i'm pumped regardless
  13. while the US composites resin is nice, regular bondo resin works fine for me. however, the US composites matting is GREAT stuff to use. puts bondo matting to shame. and i hate the cloth stuff. the US composites matting pulls apart very easily so it thins it out so you can get the curves better.
  14. it shouldn't cause static when you're unboxing them. they should be packaged in anti-static material. just make sure you're not assembling it on carpet and ground yourself out. you can shock the electrical components and damage them and never even notice the shock. if you get up to get something and come back, ground yourself again before you touch any components.
  15. that actually doesn't look too bad at all. the way you down talked it i expected a lot less. it's better than other actual web pages i've seen out there. i took a web design class a while ago, so i know what went into making that. nice job
  16. rofl that girl is gorgeous wow. i'm going to costa rica at the end of may for 9 days. i hope that's a hint of what i can expect
  17. port 45's are good to help air flow. other 45's are not necessary.
  18. i'd do a sealed tunnel. i've seen so many of them get NASTY
  19. more power to you! just stay motivated
  20. AMEN to that. the 'oh i'll do that tomorrow' can happen SO easily. then before you know it you've missed assignments and quizzes to hand in. happens to me all the time lol. no fault but my own, i just hate online classes. another AMEN to this. i have to take lots of online classes, or distance learning rather (the school just doesn't offer the in-class courses...fuckin bullshit), and i've taken 1, maybe 2 where i actually didn't mind it. the courses are set up poorly in my experiences. i asked for help on one thing, granted it wasn't class related, and the teacher replied with 'i'm busy grading programs...feel free to e-mail the class'. pretty sure my question wasn't even that hard, just above my level. trying to convey your confusion/their help through messages is a pain, and then you have the waiting game for when they'll reply. i HATE online classes, but i have no other choice but to take them basically just saying do what ya gotta do, just don't go in thinking online classes are all great and easy. because they're the opposite lol
  21. yes it's sold, sorry. meant to update it but kept forgetting lol
  22. so yeah i just saw a post where you almost went on a gun rampage...lol. my mom has kidney stones all the time. had some just a couple days ago actually. my brother has had em twice, last time sort of recently. he's a big ass husky dude and they brought him straight to his knees curled over a bed. my sister has them as well now. hopefully i took after my dad and i don't get them. i pray i don't ever have to go through that.
  23. like i said in another post...scary mean and intimidating lol grats OP on the quit tho. the sooner to break the habit, the better
  24. it is definitely NOT "no big deal"...passing a stone is as close as a man can come to experiencing what women feel during child birth. It is the singular most excruciating pain I have ever felt...and I've been stabbed and shot and am covered in tattoos and piercings. It starts as a dull pain in the lower back, then gets worse over a few hours or days. when it starts to pass you'll feel unbearable pain. once it gets to the bladder you'll have some reprieve...but this is where it starts to suck. you;ll think it's all over, but then, one random day whilst taking a leak...suddenly you'll drop to your knees and piss all over yourself as you scream like a little bitch. sometimes it makes it all the way out...sometimes you'll suffer for days. I passed a 2mmx5mm stone (luckily it came out long ways). the pain doesn't go away once it passes, either. it does some serious damage to the urethra that you'll feel for weeks...feels like the clap...like fire is shooting out of your dick. I have another one coming loose right now...the next few weeks is going to suck...good luck, bro the more i read posts from you, the more i think you're a rich mean awesome badass lol. and i busted out laughing at the falling to your knees part and 3 mm is nothin?? have you passed one that big? you claim 6 mm, but those didn't pass. the urine canal is only about the width of 4 hairs.
