Just gave $10 to a person in need. There was a hispanic lady at the exit of the post office with a sign saying she is a single mom with 3 kids. It also said "need bread, milk, food". Can't trust all panhandlers, but my gut told me she needed it.

I handed the money and when she looked at it, she teared up almost immediately. I just said, "I hope you have a Merry Christmas" and left. I feel really good right now.

good shit man, sometimes I think like many others with the whole "their just gonna buy booze with it" mentality but then again, I do a good act that's on me, they wanna spend it on stupid shit then shame on them, but you never know which one really needs it so I try to help when I have extra to give.
