    Wow, Sundown. Great customer service. I've sent emails to both Jacob and Debbie every day since Sunday and have gotten no reply. How do you not honor warranty work? Just ignore the problem.

      I feel you, even going through my local rep, we are getting no answers. Bad thing is, I still have a car full of Sundown, and they don't care.
