No promotion in the immediate future. Target screens its employee's only 2 or 3 times a year for management. (Even though I was technically hired to be a supervisor). Basically, its like a promotion board in the military. I will be interviewed by 3 or 4 managers at the same time. If they think I can handle it, I will go through training(already did it), then they will find a store with an open slot.

And the position of the guy that quit is not available, because we were over on supervisors after teh store went from overnight to early mornings.
This all just sounds like a bunch of bullshit it you ask me.

I know the feelin man ,I went through the same thing with Wal-mart. So I got a car audio mgr job at C.City and they closed 2 years later.
