  1. I do agree with lower rates. The banks need to 'pay it forward' so to speak.
  2. Made a little noise this morning.

Gas Leak? Do I need to call ERT?

  3. That's what I was hinting at. You signed the contract, pay it off. But, by clearing these loans, those now out from under that debt can contribute to the economy by buying homes and trying to start business's, etc., etc.
  4. Damn, I need to invest in some properties and flip them. dkindle; 1) wikipedia 2) 3rd, close enough 3) Where I live, Inland Empire (Riverside/San Bernardino Counties) unemployment is 13.4%. Numbers released this week.
  5. Why are you guessing? Read the manuals for your equipment, it should say what the slope is, and if its adjustable. Also, I would suggest leaving the amp on "through" and controlling the hpf on the deck only. Unless you have a cc-1, then do the opposite.
  6. We got the highest unemployment rate in the country. /end thread jack. Good luck with the loan OP.
  7. Thats less than a fucking car. How do they get away with charging so much out here?
  8. It doesn't work that way unless you get into some pricey processors. Even then, the best you'll see is a 48db slope. You never said what your hpf was set to.
  9. You said under 20k for a house? Are you missing a zero?
  10. Kinda see the good and bad on both sides of this one.
  11. My recommendation. 2 sets of hsk163 3-way component sets and a DC 175.4.
  12. db's from your mids? Why? Hertz Hi-energy will need more power than 75x4.
  13. Let me be more specific. When checking with rca's direct to unit, I could not go past 27-28 volume with sub level over zero. I think Kenwood changed their output to max out at zero instead of +15.
  14. Now did you test this with the RCA's direct to the DD-1 or through the amp? Both.
  15. Guys, about the sub level. Play around with it. On my old x-794, I could turn sub level all the way up. On my new x-896, if I go past '0' on sub level, I get distortion even with zero gain.
  16. Excelons don't clip. Unless you use 'Loudness' and 'Bass boost'.
  17. Can't hear 'em but its cool to watch. And its a 24db slope, they're fine.
  18. Rainbow and HAT make nice middle ground speakers. Then you get into Morel, Hertz, Focal, Audison, little pricey.
  19. Mine are at 45hz. Hertz for the fucking win. OP, maybe those JL's just sound 'muddy'. Time to upgrade?
  20. About to mount the baffle and get some glass in to seal her up.

  21. You gotta give us measurements, man. Height, width, depth.
  22. Should be good if it goes by whats written.
  23. NS-1 is probably over 6k at 1.4. How does your org measure power? By whats on paper, or do they clamp it?
