I need 2-way crossovers that cross at 3000-3500hz. Hertz is preferred, as they are for my XL mids and tweets. I am replacing my 200.4 with my 125.2, and only running one set of components. Thanks for looking.

Try it both ways and decide what sound you like better. Sealed off is a must if you fire forward, Haters is just lazy -
Plywood should work. Cardboard is too flimsy. Use cardboard to find the shape you need, take your time. You want a tight fit. Once you have the shape, copy it to your plywood or thin mdf, and cut it out with a jigsaw.
