Well the title says it all.... I've gotten the Nike+iPod and it's awesome... Just curious if anyone else that's a runner uses it on here... I can find "friends" on the Nike site; but people you know outside of running is (to me) a lot better to use for motivation....

Today I know I talked on phone while driving; txt'd while driving; rolled thru a stopsign at the end of my neighboorhood (never do stop 100%for it); speeding at least some I'm sure; illegal window tint.... 150? wow. i would've thought it would've been significantly higher. idk for sure; but seems that lower tuning helps also.

1 run or 10; i'd protect it. if that shielding on the wire gets messed up (i.e. cut; melts; etc) then you have a bare wire running under your vehicle. sounds like trouble to me. 1 run i'd do loom not pvc tho. pvc i'd imagine would be a real PITA to work with
