  5. the wire in my friends jeep are all through pvc and sealed up.... he goes mudding alot... his looks like plumbing though there is a bulkhead going into the truck from the back and the front i put a 90 and a vertical piece and sealed it with silicone... both wires are together no problem... its a great way to run your wires and keep them protected...
  6. isnt meade feeding his over 3k per coil? and i would do 2 with a clean signal 6k over 1 with 10k
  7. really all you need is common sense and some logic to build a box.... i say build it your self
  8. if you dont know how to fix them why would you waste your money on them? the rockford and the kickers are worth it the soundstreams and the MA are as well... others i dont know about...
  9. what are you looking to do? im not too far from lancaster.... im actually do for a trip to that pet place and waffle house again soon...
  10. new subs or use the JL amps meant for those subs...
  11. the older eclipse subs sounded better in sealed boxes... ive heard several in ported and they never sounded right...
  12. the only way they can still be done is meade would have to do them and they would have to be free.... another forum im on(not car audio) does raffles but they are free... and the admin and the staff handle it all.... no members are allowed to do it and that with the free part keeps it legal in all states..
  13. wasnt it rumored that the funkypups also caused a black hole?
  14. aanco sometimes rainx sometimes some other brand... depends on how much cash is in the pocket and my mood... i usually buy aanco blades though... r
  15. my old eclipse units were not hard to tune at all... im partial to eclipse so my opinion is biased here... i would take the eclipse...
  16. i would keep stashing money bro.... keep saving and saving wall off that bitch and at the same time upgrade the electrical... do it right the first time... if it takes you another year just think how sweet it will be... wall it off with 2 beastly 18's in a perfect box with lots of clean power... never know maybe in a year the SMD woofers will be out... just my .02 if i were you i would wait its what im doing now... i cant afford all the stuff i need but after boot camp and A school and a little something i got in the works ill have everything i need... i just keep getting things piece by piece as i can... just a thought...
  17. those companys listed all make cheaper subs... you could run multiple cheaper subs... what is your budget? if your going to not wall it and stay below the window line... i would prob do the 2 15s.... unless you really want that 18" sub... 18 would be more of a WOW factor....
  18. what problems did you have with the storm 1.... i never heard one complaint about it... im about to ditch my voyager in a couple months for it... contract is almost up...
