Due to heart palpitations from anxiety I couldn't fall asleep last night b/c I was feeling my heart beat when I laid down, which lead to more anxiety therefore I fell asleep at 6am and woke up at 7am since I'm now at work and have to work at 12hr shift.

Do you take anything for anxiety?

Nope, don't want to go on medication since from what I've read it just makes things worse.
