Just to tell you also, the keys from 95-98 on chevy and gmc opens other vehicles. My 95 truck key opens my brothers 98 gmc, my friends 98 cavalier, and my other friends 97 chevy truck. Won't start it but if you wiggle and giggle it, it'll open the doors.

Just watch out, some of the alpines that have the lpod out on the back, the cable doesn't come with it and the cable is like 30$. But I love my CDE-125BT

30 x 20 x 14 gives you 4 cubes without port or anything. where did you get your numbers from to get 4.8 cubes?

i dont think you would have the room to do it unless you basically sealed it off to the cabin and used basically the whole trunk as a enclosure.

i did too. rise is only the same on burps, which is why people calculate it down and wire there amps to .35 because they know after rise it will be at 1(or there desired ohm load). but on music the ohm load constantly changes, quite quickly actually, MUSIC AND IMPEDANCE RISE SHOULD NEVER BE IN THE SAME SENTENCE.(<---except for that one) hook a DMM up to your amps output terminals, put the DMM on ohms, play a song and watch it jump around. makes me want to punch my computer screen when people talk about calculating box rise when they play fucking music on the systems (DDs). /rant

x164839291919 Edgar, I don't think you realize how loud XL 12s can get.(maybe you do) I would pick 2 xl 12s over 6 low power 12s any day.

you might be able to fit 6 12s, but i know that you would be blown away with 2 15in XLs. what are you talking about?

lvl4s do ok in small boxes if they have the power to back up, but how small you want it, i dont think they will preform. why do you want 4 15s?

as everyone else said, go 2 cubes 30-35hz tuning, and 1000rms, 1200rms is fine, the lvl4 will take that well.

if you cant do the sub justice, dont stick it in a shitty box size. get two lvl 5s or xl 15s and be done with it. no point in jammin 4 15s into a space for 2, maybe 3.

4 seems small, usually 18s are 5-8 cubes. You cou do 3 18s though. someone with more knowledge will chime in. but usually smaller box, more power.

That would just raise the tuning. put your ssf 5hz below box tuning, check your gain to see if it is right, 3/4ths seems like a lot to ME(mine is usually at 1/3).

my real world testing says that L7s are louder ported... and thats with 3 different sealed enclosures and 2 different ported enclosures..
