I just think I'm much more "honest" i guess you could say than the average SMD user... Who the fuck knows though lol. Some of my comments might come off as being a dick, but some of them do fit proper situations. From what I've seen here most people just don't make the comments that I do, so I guess it comes as a surprise(maybe even an insult) when I say certain things. -

Far from it, look at my past posts on here... More like 90% of them are helping people or just bullshitting about products and what not. Seems like you guys just concentrate on the ones that may come off like I'm being a dick. But aparently the OP didn't have an issue with it, so why should u?? -
I know all about rotories and have a good amount of experience with them, so I should be alrite. Plus a friends shop specializes in high end jap builds, especially rotories so I'll just swing by there or give him a call with any problems. The big thing with the rotories is keeping an eye on oil pressure and oil temp, especially with heavily modded ones. I'll have plenty of cooling for whatever power level I'll end up with either way. Good luck finding a MKIV supra w/ 39k miles bone stock for $13k, even in shitty condition it would be a stretch. In the condition it looks like this car is in that same supra would be double that price.

Sell the capacitor, it's doing more harm to your electrical system than good. Use the money to do the big 3 upgrade and extra batt in back instead. The easiest way to apply carpeting/fabric to enclosures IMO is 3M Super 77, pretty cheap and extremely effective.

^^ You can do something like that, but in the mid 90s sables the back seats don't fold down so you'd have to remove them outright. If you wanna keep them then do sub(s)/port(s) facing towards the trunk, done it in a couple sable/taurus from that certain model. Saw a 15" AQ HD3 off 1500w do a 143.? @ dash with the seats still in place, when we took them out gained over a full db with the same setup. 15" AQ HDC3 off AQ 2200D would be a nice little daily setup, plus you'd have plenty left over for an extra batt, wiring, and for box materials. With a Yellow Top under hood and big 3 upgrade only, off 1500w daily a 94 Taurus(3.8l V6 model) had very minimal dimming.

bacon
Marlo Stanfield replied to BassAddict32's topic in Off Topic - Random, Misc posts - the forum "Junk Drawer"
What's everyones preference in bacon, crispy or not crispy(don't know what to call the un-crispy bacon)?? For me I like my crispy pretty much burnt, crispy, and crunchy. Literally it will make me sick to my stomach if my bacon is soft. -
Drool is right, there was another reaction I had also when i first saw the ad also =======|) I can't wait to go see it today, I drove a similar one 2 years ago w/ minor bolt ons and it still was extremely quick. It was my buddies 94 rx7 TT w/ less than $2k invested and it beat a 6.0 GTO w/ 500whp(saw dyno sheet) on a highway pull from 40-140 or so. If i do end up getting the car, expect to see 550+ whp and 145+ dbs lol. It's always been a dream of mine to run 11s and bassrace 140+ out of the same car. I'll definitely be putting sum projects on hold to take care of this one and I might actually start selling off sum of my sub/amp collections also.

Umm stop complaining about not being able to find it then, I'm guessing that you're being very particular about what the certain truck you want. It's not the easiest thing to find a 7+ year old truck in perfect condition and being exactly what you want. Just be happy that you're not currently riding a Huffy down the road right now, like so many are. -
Going to check out this 93 rx7 w/ 39k original miles, no mods, garage kept, and from the pics he sent me pretty mint condition. Only down side is the slushbox, did some reading and they can be modded for more effective shift points/handle modded power. I used to own a 300zx(up in NY) and since I've driven it once in 1.5 years, the car finally sold for $11k(had 25k+ worth mods and only 75k miles). If i decide to buy it from the guy I'll only have to cover an additional $2k out of pocket, if he stick to the $13k price he currently has. From the pics he sent me the car is absolutely un-modified and is in near perfect condition, also been garage kept since original purchase(one owner). Like with the 300ZX TT, I'll be slowly modding it over the next 1-2 years, unless i catch a big $$ break. Big positive is I can do 99% of the labor, so I rarely have to bring it to a shop to get things done. Here's the CL listing, tell me what you guys think - http://miami.craigslist.org/brw/cto/1417133132.html

Euro Punto build

Was that score TL @ dash?? If so that is a good score w/ that equipment for sure, seems pretty loud from the vids too. But I think I saw voltage drops as low as 11.3 at one point, not exactly ideal lol.
