Okay, First off I'm using Exo's Box calculator. I'm looking to get the most out of my (1) 15" XL. It will be running at 2 ohms on a Sundown 3000D. Playing with the calculator I came up with some numbers I hope are okay to use. 20x38x16 (2) 6" aero ports 17" long Port Area 56.52 Net volume 4.86 Tuning 36.74 I listen to a variety of music...to sum it up and make it neater Height Width Depth Box - 20 x 38 x 16 Port Area - 56.52 Net Volume - 4.86 cu ft. Tuning - 36.74 Not looking to do hair tricks just loud and low. I was told a minimum of 12" per cu ft and 16 at the most, currently I have 14 per cu ft. Is my port area enough and the 2 6" aero ports? Thanks for any input or this design same dimensions port area - 62.8 0 for some reason i get an emoticon for 62 . 80 net volume - 4.58 tuning - 36.62 (5) 4" aero ports 21" Second box has more port aero but less volume. Which is better? No comps just daily but still want loud and low

from what I read Vizio is supposed to be the best bang for the buck as far as "budget" tv's go, but if you can afford the extra cash I'd go with Samsung if it's a lcd.I got a Sammy and it's awesome!

Best place to wire voltage gauge to?
clouduz replied to Team Maf's topic in Electrical-battery- Alternators- Wiring
mine differs by like .2 from the back so I have mine wired at the front. -
I would run without it. The stinger one i had caused me to lose a whole volt in the back. Only useful ifyou plan on bumping with car off and not wanting to drain your front battery.

level 4 18" or XL 18"?
clouduz replied to thuase's topic in DC Sound Lab - Big Bass on ANOTHER LEVEL!
finally some people see my reason! lol trust me with the XL you won't be disappointed -
lamo the 20" alone makes you believe right off the bat that they wouldn't make such a size. Never seen a 18" jl either but I know they made them.

level 4 18" or XL 18"?
clouduz replied to thuase's topic in DC Sound Lab - Big Bass on ANOTHER LEVEL!
Well it depends, you have to look at 2 things. 1. XL has a bigger motor ( more performance) 2. Can handle more power in case you ever want to get a bigger amp instead of another sub. Personally I would do the XL I currently have a 15XL and LOVE it! -
damn that was overpriced. I haven't been to a local audio shop in 2 years except to get my 2way installed. Prices are just way too much compared to online. I was desperate one ( had to go on long trip) and brought 4g rings terminals for $2 a piece, luckily I only needed 3. We all make mistakes, but shop around next time.

12inch level 5 question
clouduz replied to kicker99chevy's topic in DC Sound Lab - Big Bass on ANOTHER LEVEL!
lol wow someone answered you in 4 minutes and your gone already!? -
yea i wouldn't do bankruptcy yet, look at all your options and use that as a last resort. If you haven't i would call all you debitors and ask for a lower interest rate for a time being so you can catchup. I know what you mean about having money saved and then having it go. Just had to pay a 324 ticket yesterday. :*(

VCM Update
clouduz replied to Nathan @ XSpower's topic in XS Power Batteries / Chargers! (and other stuff too)
As an unbiased opinion do you think there would be a significant change if I brought the vcm when it's available for me vehicle? At idle I sit around 14-14.1 would having the vcm be worth what it cost to have it sit at 14.9? I was hoping to do 15.2 but you said max charge is 14.9. -
