I pmd him already, its the sub hole so table saw is a no go lol

Jigsaw blade too short?? I have some pretty long ones I think they make some long enough... Or drill a hole and use a jig and router to cut from both sides until its thin then use a flush cut.

Ya the ones I have are too short, I have a couple on their way im gonna try. And no router here
