Im not sure but have you cleaned your ground, like sanded off of paint? Maybe rcas are to close to power and ground wires? Idk if that might help or not. Posible headunit or amp? Im puzzled as much as you are

depends on what you want. do you need the whole thing or just subs and amp I'd probably just say subs and amp. Becuase I can either pick up/ make a box for pretty cheap. build instead of prefab. one sheet of 3/4 mdf is about 35 bucks so its a smaller price than a 80 dollar pos prefab and you have the pleasure of knowing you made it

the tip that sticks out goes into the power side of a aq amp and you do two runs of power to the block so its batt, 2 runs of wire side by side, then this, then hook up to amp
