ok i know i made a thread on this the other day but this is a diffrent brand and i did post in my previous thread this morning asking about it...no feedback so im macking this one this welding cable is from directwire.biz heres a link to there welding cable http://www.directwire.biz/index_files/WeldingCable.htm also heres the page about the ultra flex http://www.directwire.biz/index_files/UltraFlex.htm our supplier for our tools and shop supplies orders his cable from here( we own a big pipe bending and fabrication shop, if anyones interested, http://www.bendco.com/portfolio.html ) our supplier will be sending me a 5ft peice of the red ultra flex 1/0 cable to see if i like it just wanna see what yal think of it he said this company has one of the highest strand counts and on the site it says Up to four times as many copper strands as standard cable. thoughts??

you can get a XS vcm to regulate the voltage output or the AVBM (adjustable voltage boost module) from mechman or some come with a external regulator

im going to set mine to 14.8 i wouldnt go over 14.9

Just something to note, cable may be flexible due to less strands of copper inside, direct wire a cable has more strands of copper inside than most cables out there and has same flexibility as most cable out there. comes in black blue green red and yellow he told me its $2.91 a ft

clipping is where the gain is turned up too much and starts producing dirty signal as long as you amp isint clipping there is nothing wrong with your set up and the amp will be fine Also just FYI you cant sell anything here till i think you have atleast 150 posts a 2500 would be a nice match

i would just sand usuing a DA sander but if you dont wanna do that just slap a extra baffle on it if theres room it will change the tuning and net ever so slightly but you woulnt be able to notice the diffrence

you have your cut list for the box it self up on the calculator but the port walls is what gets tricky cause it bends you first wall needs to be 13.75" long then the second wall will be 5.25"
