    Is the wood just for speaker rings and frames until they are wrapped and resined? Simple hot glue has always worked for me to hold the general frames together while I wrap them in cloth. To get the fiberglass to stick to plastic you can drill a bunch of small holes. The resin will fill the holes, and hold better.

    unless you shipping it out to europe or a really really big subwoofer, there is no need to spend time on this. Look at how companies ship their subs... True. Im just throwing out ideas since he doesn't have the original packaging.

    So I picked my truck up from the impound lot today and they broke my grill...... Now insurance has to get involved and they probably wont even pay me. Great.
