Yeah but it worked before i put the new alt in. doesn't matter.. sometimes upgrading or adding new equipment can cause things to fail in a car.. trust me.. the only way to tell if your actuator has gone bad, would be you should hear a clickin noise from the actuator ... and if you do hear it.. its bad.. if you hear nothing at all, then you popped a fuse ... check your fuse box

they are both excellent alts, brackets are only used for adding a 2nd or so alt to an existing one.. it should be direct bolt on for you unless mechman or dc power says you need a bracket then they will have it for you

you can run the wire straight to the back from your alt as long as you properly fuse it so you won't burn in hell

contact mechman or dc power they have 270 320 and so

trunk pop won't work either because of 2 reasons.. blown fuse, or bad acutator, i had same problem and it was the actuator that failed,

were the surrounds damaged or bent or whatever it looks like in the pics

a woofer and a tweeter is a component set, they will always be on one channel unless you go with a active crossover and use a seperate amp to separate them. Now to wire up 2 6x9s is possible for a 2 ohm load.. just wire them pos to pos to the amp then neg to neg then to the amp and you'll simply have a 2 ohm load.
