Looking for a mechman. I had that exact 200 amp alternator and it shit on me. Looking for a nice 270+ from a more reliable source.

Ive looked and all I have seen is a 95-97 270 amp alternator for a merc cougar. Would you guys happen to have an alternator I could use to swap out? maybe with an adapter bracket? Just asking on here for opinions in case there might be one out there I havent seen, before I go ahead and ask for a custom made one.

Check out my system, not to thread jack. But I have my BTL 15 in a 4 cube box @ ~32 Hz, and it gets lowww. Great daily driver for music, I have about 44 sq inches of port as well. I would say go for 32 and you can always build a new box.
