what do you need to know? Are you running a HU with it? I built mine pretty easily and ran it to an equalizer, soon to be a three sixty. It has all worked out good so far.

I built a PC for my car, and I love it. it's not really hard to do at all. depending on your car, there may be prefab kit for it I had to glass mine in. You can find everything you need to build it at mp3car.com or just buy one pre built so you just have to wire it up and go. here is how mine turned out. it's an 8 inch screen, I have a 500gb HDD for all my music, and it can do everything a normal HU can do plus more. oh and the computer is right behind the screen in a small case made for cars.

It's got the 400 under the hood. And as far as the weight, it is made to haul shit, but once I fill the back with batteries, MDF, and subs, the suspension will sag like hell. What I will probably do is just add helper bags with a little extension on the brackets for the rear. That should take care of the problem. The rust is just what you see in the pics on the body and will be taken care of in the next month or two.

So my family came across this and called me about it. 78 Burb, 4x4 12K original miles, with a little repairable rust. Other than that everything works good and looks like an awesome toy for 2 grand. The only thing is, I will be in Korea for the next year and will get lite use by the wife during that time, but after that it will sit for who knows how many years until I get back to the states. So what do you think? These are the only pics I have, I'll take more in October when I go back to the states for a while. One question though, If I lift it some how will I deal with all the weight I cram in the thing?

What about crescendo? the BC2000 is only $300, you could hold out a little longer with what you got and save up for that. I don't think they guarantee it at .5 but I'm sure it will handle it on good electrical.

The MDF definitely wasn't reasonable at $120 a sheet, I don't know how much you guys are paying for it back home, but it sucks here for sure. I just bought the only thing they had. Thanks for the help, I'm gonna try to get this thing built before I leave here for Korea. Then my car goes into storage, so I won't have it going until I get back cuz I need to upgrade my alt. Other than that, all will be ready to go on the longest re-build ever.

The size of the wood really wasn't an option, I got it from a Portuguese store that had nothing else. It is heavy as shit though, it was hell getting it into my house.
