  2. Literally: No one knows. the only way to find out is to go get it metered
  3. Wow that's quite a rig haha I know you like to do your own thing... But if you manage to max out the 12v rail on that power supply, I have an Ultra X3 1600 watt power supply for my home comp. It's sweet. Has a single 12v rail instead of a bunch of smaller ones. You might want to look into one Only thing to know is they are pretty deep. Gotta make sure you have space haha Anyways... I'm tuned in for this one!
  4. Found my lost DB. It was an air leak in my port haha. Put up a 145.6 sealed. Found out my rear doors flex a ton though. Need to fix that.

  5. Gotta bring this back given the weather recently. 'Twas time to wash my car and I didn't even bother to rinse the soap off. The rain did a plenty good job haha
  6. Just ordered an IM-SG after reading through the manual. Should be fun!

Yeah I'm hoping I can convince my new gf to get me that and 2 vu din's. She supports the hobby more than my ex so I am going to tell that's all I really want.

  8. Yeah I know that. I was just wondering if this product could do that without all the fuss. Since the price looks pretty appealing right now haha
  9. Can it be used to figure out what frequency my vehicle peaks at?
  10. Seriously, this looks very unique. Nothing generic looking about it all all. I like that
  11. I've learned most of what I know from here, actually
  12. So glad I have port shims to help my day-to-day moods. Playing 21hz ftmfw

      Cool I'll try it later.

  13. Do you you think I could bother you to do a 500a/30 sec load test comparing the d3100 to the d7500? I'm trying to see how much a difference there is between the two and if the d7500 is worth the extra cost for my application. Thanks!
  14. I like 2.6 per sub, 12sqin per cube, tuned to 26. Very smooth sounding and will play both high and low. Only good for around 800 watts mechanical power handling though - not for if you want to get loud
  15. Yup. All works now. Great job Kyle! Can't believe it's time for another update. Seems like it was only yesterday that we got one haha
  16. Latest version of google chrome, Win7x64, does the same thing regardless of zoom level
  17. I think the best we can hope for is that Rusty finds a way to do a 2.5" coil or just use the regular LEvel 2 motor on them. If you use a 3" coil, you leave very little room for spider width since we are talking about an 8" sub. Im not sure exactly how big the spiders on the 8s are, but I would venture a guess somewhere around 6.5". If you take up 3" of that with coil, not you have 1.75" on all sides for spider. I am no sub designer, but that doesnt seem like much fabric. That's what I was concerned about. I just wasn't sure if it would be possible do some custom tooled baskets and some special linear roll spiders or something since it seems like they allow a bit more movement than progressive roll (I think) Well I guess there is no overcoming physics haha. What do you mean by oil canning?

  19. Is it even feasible to design some 8s with a 3" coil? That would be wicked sweet
  20. If you guys made a deep neo motor that will take a 4" coil and good cooling - I'd be all over it.
  21. I think it would be sweet to see some affordably priced OFC wire
