I didnt feel like busting down half a G for an alt, at least now anyway. Took off my Power steering, grabbed a second honda alternator, and i have now 2 stock honda alts on my car.
If you can't get a exact fit alternator, I'd just get a GM large case, and put it on there. Assuming you dont need your a/c or anything, lol. My car never came with it, so yeah.

I got you guys now. I wasnt 100% sure on what years you guys had, so. But did you try Singer or Excessive Amperage? They may have one. No one does a big alt for my d15b8, except excessive, and its a 300A. I'd check and see what those two could do for ya.

Think about it, The older ones have been around longer, there for more testing has been done, to ensure product longevity, and to ensure that the product fits right. Instead of slapping it on, seeing if it works for a year or two, then breaks. As older cars, they go for longer, and seen they last, and continue to make. If that makes sense anyway.
