I dont always call myself a street racer, but when I do I do it on public roads which I got a permit from the city to use and even use the local PD to close the road. Then I have an interview with some guy saying how the NHRA banned us from their tracks due to illegal street racing which is actually legal, and say in the interview I stole all the ideas for the top10 list, cashdays etc from some racers in Texas, and also admit that Texas cars walk all over ours.... Fake show is fake.

because 1320 is not really racing, he is just a film crew, however they would need to be caught in the act and not a video that could be a few months to a year old, and even with the blurred faces there is no proof on who is driving the vehicle, unless they obtained a search warrant for unedited footage id assume.
