I get around $290 took from me every week. But that is also with my insurance, stocks, 401k being took out. You really get taxed hard on state and federal, but at the end of the year you get most that back (kind of like a 2nd chirstmas). Maybe you could change how you claim on your w2's, and have them take less for taxes

^^^He is looking for 512mb of memory...

Id stay away from that card, you may have the same problems as your old ati card that you returned. Id stay away from Sapphire, Visiontek, and Diamond, Msi, Gecube cards with the ati chipset. however Id run with powercolor, ati, asus with the ati chipset. His and Gigabyte, is cutting it close tho, and they would be the cheaper priced then powercolor, ati, and asus cards, but still better then the so to say knock off/cheaper companies. But you may have to get that HIS because not many companies are really making decent cards for agp 4/8x slots. Your best bet would be browsing ebay and trying to find something used or even new but old stock. But its your money so spend it how you please

7900gt Pcie Mess Up
audiofanaticz replied to Cdizzle's topic in Computer Talk - News, technology, advice
is it the card that has the 550 core clock and 1580 memory clock? If so its the same one I got. Most likely it can be sent in and warrentied if you want to go through the hassle of that. I know that when they switched to the KO series, they added better cooling for the cpu and the memory modules and fixed the tearing of images. -

7900gt Pcie Mess Up
audiofanaticz replied to Cdizzle's topic in Computer Talk - News, technology, advice
Its called "tearing" I get it from time to time. It is mostly caused by the card being overclocked to much. Evga had a batch of them that went out with the factory overclocking being wrong (my first 7900 had the problem) sent it back to evga and recieved the 7900gt co superclock in return. Turning the clock settings down was the right thing to do, but you can also reclock the card using rivatuner and it may clear up the problem with it just being reclocked. I also read that a bios flash may help a bit too. But I wouldnt reccomend doing that unless you know a bit about flashing bios. I had a pain in the ass time doing it to mine its a bigger pain then flashing bios on your mobo. At least I thought it was. -
look for a class d mono block. you can find something that will do its rated power or their close too for your budget.. Dont even waste your time looking at class a/b (2 & 4 channel amps). Edit: http://sonicelectronix.com/item_9621_Crunch+PZi+1500.1.html RMS Power (4 ohms) 375 watts x 1 channel RMS Power (2 ohms) 750 watts x 1 channel RMS Power (1 ohm) 1500 watts x 1 channel Fuse Rating 30A x 4 Still a class a/b but should do at least 1000wrms at 1 ohm.

LoL at this pic poke smot?? Glad to see yall had a good night! I know I did, but had to leave a party over some chick screaming at the top of her lungs outside saying she wanted some yayo... Not cool at all and didnt plan on sticking around incase the cops came. So I ended up at my buddies skating rink that had been rented out for a huge mexican party. A lot of hot mexican girls where there and free alcohol for me started out the year right. -
my server seems to be pretty good. Just doing a little tweaks on it right now actully. Ive got myself ftp server for fast server map downloads so it dont take forever to download a map from the game server itself. Once you get your rig running good, and if you like the server, Ill be selling admin for $5 monthly.

Is there any dust clogging up your cpu heatsink at all? Dust is a major enemy. But if you tried all else and its still giving you a problem start with drivers.. Get the most up to date motherboard drivers, processor driver, video driver, sound driver, direct x. It may make a difference. Oh and are you running your card with vertical sync on or off? If its on turn it off!!!!!! And depending on where you live check out my CSs server trying to get it popular! 205.234.203.15:27015 Its a velocity server located in Chicago, IL 100 tickrate 550 serverside fps cpu priority and no lag

The zalmanns are some of the best air coolers made for your pc's! However for video id get the artic cooling cooler because they should cool your memory chips as well, where the zalmanns dont. You can buy little adhesive stick on heatsinks tho too. The reason I like the artic coolers tho is because it cools your card and vents the hot air out of your case, where as the zalmann will just circulate the hot air in your case, raising your case temp. I cant seem to find the one needed for your card on newegg at the moment tho. But if you get the zalman. get these little sticky heatsinks to disapate the heat from your memory on the card. Id get the more expensive zalman because it offers more copper for more cooling http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16835118220

to each his own.. I had no good luck with past ati cards. Yea you can get a x1950gt ati chipset but if its made by a cheap company you will get cheap performance (his, visiontek, diamond). All crap brand companies that use the ati chipset. Same thing with nvidia if you get the 8800 made by pny, its gonna be poor quality. Only decent ati cards are made by sapphire, powercolor, and asus, and you will notice they are more expensive for the same cards as his, visiontek, and diamond, but with the extra money you spend on the good cards you will see higher stock core and mem clocks. EVGA is the best company around, and that is because of their warrenties which I stated above. No matter what you do to the card and it fries (even if your not the origional owner, evga will warrenty it). No other companies do that.. -
here is the cooler id recoomend.. Dont get me wrong the zalmanns are nice, but these own the zalmans because they transfer the heat out of the case. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16835185124 I dont think this is the needed cooler for your card tho, but they do make them. Edit: I am also running a huge overclock on my video card with the stock cooling.. After my card was made they came out with the KO Superclocks which provided the needed cooling that the COs didnt have, but I have no problems with my CO at high clocked speeds. I also have 5 case fans, 1 120mm zalmann fan, 2 80mm psu fans, and the stock fan on my video card. I got a good amount of airflow through my case. I was going to put my old ram cooler on, but it wont work with my corsair xms pro w/activity leds

Take the card out and blow it out. most likely their is dust all around the heatsink fins and its causing the fan not to move as needed. If you got a air compressor drain your lines from water and blow out the card with the air compressor (i use my friends compressor that is setup for painting so I dont got to worry about water in the lines) other wise the cans of compressed air will work alright. You can also take the heatsink off the card, theres about 6 or 8 phillip screws holding the whole heatsink on. becarful tho they are pressure screws with little springs. Dont lose them springs. At least thats how my card was when I redid the heat sink paste. You can also order an aftermarket cooler for it. I forget what they are called but theres some nice once out their I was looking at in the past. Newegg.com. They are under 40 bucks too! To me it totally sounds like a cooling problem with your graphics card, and being said that you are playing css which is a demanding game on your cpu and graphics card. As stated before try out the beta drivers at guru3d.com I have always used their beta drivers and they own the fuck out of the drivers put out by nvidia.
