  1. They came back for a little bit today, but for $200 this time...then they got pulled again.
  2. Just decided to throw up a little vid of the 18W6 going to work...not bad for $100, eh? Power is being provided by a bridged Alpine MRV-1507(look up the guts on this thing, it's sweet). 15hz tone first, then 20hz tone...followed by the epic "Bass, I Love You" and another one called "Bassotronics with Bass Mekanik" that can be found on the realmofexcursion.com downloads section. Thanks to Bassotronics for providing great bass music, as always!
  3. If you're running limited power to a 13W7, that box will work just fine. Don't expect to be able to put a whole lot of power to it though.

  5. Do a 6-7ft^3 common chamber, 80-90in^2 of total port area.
  6. How much power will you be running to the sub?
  7. I could have snagged a pair of the 18's locally for $500...wish I hadn't passed on that.
  8. Depends on what kind of frequency response you're after. Are you wanting a wide bandwidth that's fairly flat from say 30-70hz? Or would you rather be more efficient(louder) over a slightly narrower passband...say 25-50hz? You can fine tune the sealed and ported chamber sizes, as well as the port area and tuning frequency, in order to get what you're after.
  9. Monster bandpass box housing six 18" woofers for forum member Violence. The main goal here is lots of low end output under 50hz. This will be fitting in the bed of a 1991 Chevy S10. Volume: 2.25ft^3 sealed per sub, 5.5ft^3 ported per sub Tuning: 42hz Dimensions: 48" wide x 32" tall x 84" deep
  10. A pair of 6" aeros will work fine for three of those subs. It'll give you some more box volume as well, which those Kicker squares will like. Do 7.5ft^3 with a couple of full length 6" aeros, and you should be good with a 32hz tuning.
  11. This is a dual 10" bandpass box for a pair of RF T1 woofers. Each sub is in .75ft^3 sealed, firing into 1ft^3 tuned to 46hz. Dimensions are 34" wide x 17" tall x 17" deep.
  12. 2.25-2.5ft^3 at 30hz is a solid all-around box.
  13. I like the way that inventor program looks, I'd just hate to ditch SketchUp after being so used to it. I assume you can use just a plain white background as well?
  14. What volume and tuning are you aiming for?
  15. [quote name= Gem132' timestamp='1318491037' post='1719331] nice box man, i love you designs, def who im comming to when i need a box Thanks man.
  16. This is a dual 15" enclosure for Austin Witham and his AudioQue HDC4 subs. As you can tell, the box will feature a flush-mount design along with a healthy sized kerfed port opening. Volume: 8ft^3 Tuning: 34hz Dimensions: 40" wide x 21.5" tall x 26" deep
  17. I'd do the second one with the horizontal port across the bottom, assuming this is a generic SUV install. I've noticed that the port across the bottom works better on taller boxes, like yours. Also, you can't get 9ft^3 after displacements with the dimensions you're working with since you only have 10.28ft^3 before displacements. Port is going to each up about 2ft^3, so aim for 8ft^3 after displacements.
  18. Honestly, just ditch the 6x9's and give yourself some more room to work with.
