  1. "Peepee smacked" i lol'ed. Not just the pinned sections but the other posts of people saying not to do it and ALL the threads mods have used stating not to do it. Its for a reasone free loaders and non-contributors!!!!
  2. Everytime ive seen this video or showed someone i always have to brush my teeth and mouthwash!! You can always tell when it goes down from reaction faces lol its all smiles then bloop its a stinky face
  3. I'd use them for doin work on my trucks or woodwork and all, extra ventilation lol. Other than that i say no, i hate seein those abercrombie models walkin around with holed up and ripped pants that are to big and a small t-shirt when hes obviously a large
  4. Theres alot of choices man but it really dwindles down to preference. For $100 or less your not getting anything special. Find one with good eq settings and the highest voltage preouts and run with it
  5. PlanetAudio does no where near rated. Older planet audio does rated, newer stuff is poo. AQ2200 are nice amps that do rated and even a lil over. I love mine, no complaints and u can get a niffty clip light knob
  6. Im wanting to get an AK too, for your budget though its a bit tough to give good choices. Cheap-reliable-accurate-nice pick 2
  7. Honestly ive never tried an elbow in it, never seen it either. I dont think it would work unless your measurements are spot on or it may mess your tunning up a bit Edit: ^^i believe he meant bumping to the top
  8. You could always go a little narrower where you can have an inch or so between your port and door pannel. A slot port tuned low is extremely difficult and a pain in the arse with such a small box. Aero is pretty much your best bet bro
  9. okay sweet! could u check my build log?? i want to port them but because of the odd shape i assume i will have to use aero ports. i cant port out the side because the sides of the box are uptight to the side. could u give me a little advice on what you would do? with placement and all that Im assuming its a slight wedge shape? Not sure on older models but in the 04-05s its something like 11" from floor to seat in the front and 9" floor to seat on the back. I built 2 sepearte boxes one under each side because one single box over the tranny hump would have been to large for the power being used (more power than recommended means smaller box). I used 4" pvc and aero'd it myself. I ported one towards passenger door and the other to the driver door. I also used 1/2" mdf to give me the extra 1/2" of clearence over the 3/4" mdf. Its not a 70lbs woofer so it wont make much difference. I faced the subs towards the feet area not up into the seat also. Hope this helps you
  10. They will get loud, i built an underseat box for ext cab chevy tuned @ 33hz off a kicker 1000.1 and they were nice and loud
  11. Lotion no, it dries to quickly you need something a lil bit tacky, i use stuff called aquafore its a 4 oz tube and its like 4$
  12. None, all of my colors are still vivid and nice. I havent had any problems doin it that way, its best to let it breathe but worse to get it covered with fuels greases or oils. It'll be fine to wrap it but i wouldnt recomend bandage or gauze due to the material sticking to it.
  13. Im in the same boat man, i work as an offshore diesel mechanic and am tatted up. I just put a light coat of aquafore healing ointment and wrap it in saran wrap. During lunch i take it off to let it breath then i put it back on til after work. As soon as im off i take it off for the night
  14. Congrats man, hes adorable. Thats cool his first thanksgiving is the day after he was born.
  15. Thats sweet, i know it was a pain in the arse tuning low under chevy seats. If you feel its ok to spill the beans whats a round about estimate on those PRs?
  16. Id say your jet is clogged up or your fuel line or carb is dirty. Also do you have a fuel petcock? If so check to make sure its not off or plugged.
  17. and then the fun begins of dismantling a dash that never was meant to come apart in that way. Fucking 01 cavalier dash. Hardest POS ive ever had to take apart. I put an alpine single din in an 05 ford escape with the din tools, had me on the verge of a state wide killing spree. Wiggle wiggle wiggle those damn things 'til they catch. Dumbest tools ever
  18. Sundown sa-8s if you have 1.4 cubes after displacement .7 per sub would be great and theyre awesome monster 8s. I put 2 in a friends ext cab chevy subs forward port driver side with .8 cubes each on a kicker 1000 they sound great Edit:spelling
  19. You have to get your tank setup and its own bacteria and organisms such as live rocks coral and all established. I couldnt even get fish in mine for about 5 months. As for levels and what not you need to get a ph testing strips and booster and chemicals from a fish store. They will tell you where you need you levels for your specific size and setup
  20. Can someone give a good idea on how to use LEDs to light up a plexi glass panel on a new box? Pics would be great. When i first started building my own boxes and buddies boxes i used circular and jig saws. Now that ive gotten my table saw and routers and nicer tools im wanting to step up into more fab work. Im building a box for a friend with 2 sundown sa-8s under the back seats of his chevy truck. I want to use a plexi panel on the out facing side of the box lit up with green LEDs and have really no idea on how to get them inside or to wire them. Please help fellas, thanks
