    I have 620 feet of SHCA 2/0 1/0 4ga 8ga 14ga 16ga Haha can only imagine the call... "And what would you like to order?" "I'll take two of everything please" lol you would be surprised some of the phone calls we get lol i have to ask "what the hell are you doing with that" because i can say anything else lol

    hey man i also have an 8.1 in my 03 sierra (this is not a picture of the Tahoe we are building) but you can fit some wire under there i can promise you that. i have 10 runs front to back in both power and ground (20 total). it obviously got cleaned up by the time it was done and all that but maybe this will give you an idea of how to run more wire if you are having troubles.

    i like using liquid nails lol i guess thats why i use it. no real reason at all. just tried it once and liked it so stuck with it lol and yes this tahoe we are building is full of fat mat. IF (IF IF IF) its installed correctly it will not fall down. it was installed correctly when it was less than 40 outside and now its about 85 out here its still up there as a side note my trucks full of it also lol stays up perfect for me. but when we install it we take our time putting it in, heat the metal, make sure its clean, heat the material up etc. that being said there are better products out there but not for the price lol

    you guys like out box support lol its in there for good now just kidding lol building down from the roof so support the top of the box obviously its not in but you get the point new Sky High 10 channel rcas...just kidding lol i know im going to get emails about them now lol so are now going to test the prototype subs (cones) that will be going into this truck: this is just a proto to see if it likes a 9k on 14 volt and make sure everything with the cone works well etc then we will have them stamped (to avoid the weld) and its drying lol team sky high edition subs on their way lol

    mmmmmm batteries are here for the silverado build (9k in the dash) and the tahoe. big thanks to xs power! if you guys need batts look no further. there will be two unhappy cars around here sitting in side the box lol im not little either now it just needs some liquid nail to fill the holes and resin and the bottom half is done on side done i think im going to be making a video today of it so i can catch everything in detail.

    appreciate the vote of confidence but It would be a bit of a long shot to beat him in SPLOur tahoe (4) 5k amps Sky High Tahoe (4) 10k amps and hes got 2 more 2 more 18s than we do so thats 100% more power and 2 more 18s lol but Its all for fun =] The real winners will be the guys that own the Tahoes. they should have some seriously loud ground pounders when its over. . True for most but at these levels most sure gains that work to get you a 150 don't work .. I say it's all in the box an it will be close thats a fact. rustys the master at this shit im the apprentice so im sure it will be a really close race whether we have twice the power or not.

    so here is the intro and some info on whats going on. this build will be extremely extensive to say the least. this truck was 100% stock when we got it. here is the start to the console. obviously it will be fully fiberglassed and what not but... baffle time lots of circles coming out good how do you get liquid nail off the bottom of your shoe...now excuse the liquid nail drying on the baffle

    This is the official thread for the Tahoe build off we hope you enjoy these builds as much as we do! So we are doing a little friendly competition between Sky High and DC Audio. A few things fell into place and we ended up having GM SUVS dropped off at the same time so we decided to make some fun out of it. Rusty, his team, and DC Audios build will consist of the DC Audio Yukon 4 M1 LVL 6 18s with the aluminum baskets. 4 DC Audio 5Ks and a B pillar wall; just to name a few things. The Sky High's Tahoe will have 6 Lvl 6 m2 18s with aluminum cone and 4 DC 10ks in a B pillar wall. Rusty and I (Jon) will be both posting pics along the road to crushing every other Tahoe on the west coast. DC Audio and Sky High have a pretty good and close knit relationship if you guys did not know. This is a friendly build and we are only out to have fun and get some recognition out there for the amazing products going into the builds. So please enjoy the builds and your input is greatly appreciated. See you at Lake County Car Audio with both these builds for the finale!!
