Just went through Mitchell ondemand and AllData, and didn't see any special way of disconnecting or removing the battery. Just disconnect the negative cable first. And hooking the second battery directly to the first battery is the easiest route to go.

Nah, it doesn't really matter unless you're trying to get loud/compete/go for numbers on the termlab. But any questions regarding peak frequency/resonant frequency, ask Ray. He really knows damn near everything, but the gyst of the 'peak frequency' is... It's the frequency, in Hz, at which your vehicle is the loudest. Hook the vehicle up to a termlab and do a few frequency sweeps and you'll find the peak frequency of the vehicle. Then you can go to competitions and play music in that frequency range and get the best numbers possible. I've heard that a lot of the Kenwood Excelon head units are clip free. So you should be good up til max volume.

I use Titebond 2. The blue stuff. Hasn't failed me yet. If you have big gaps, seal them up with caulk.

Yea, I probably should have edited that earlier, but I was messing around with mine today and realized it only went up to 35 lol. Whoops. And I do remember thinking about this thread when I noticed that too haha So.... It clips at 34/35
